Change of Mind

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes unopened items. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders placed before 12pm AEDT are shipped the same day. If you order after 12pm or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped by Australia Post Express Post. The expected timeframes are: Metro 1 business day; Non-Metro 2-3 business days. We do not ship outside Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier. Delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other factors outside our control are not considered faults with the product.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (where applicable)

Assessment & Resolution

Once we receive your enquiry, we will review the information provided and respond within 2 business days.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds (where approved) are processed within 3–5 business days and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
